Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing (EMS) environment. In this role, you will serve as the primary customer contact, managing multiple projects from development through production while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple customer programs from development through production.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing.
  • Monitor program schedules, KPIs, budgets, and customer deliverables.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and act as the Voice of the Customer (VOC).
  • Manage program profitability, backlog, revenue forecasts, Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory.
  • Support contract reviews, customer negotiations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize SAP to manage program activities and reporting.
  • Travel to customer and supplier sites as needed (up to 25%).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of Program Management experience in an EMS, contract manufacturing, or high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple customer programs simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and customer account management.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience managing KPIs, revenue forecasts, backlog, and program profitability.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
