• Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction in alignment with state and district standards

• Maintain regular communication with parents, staff, and administration regarding student progress

Preferred qualifications:

• Holds active Pennsylvania certification/licensure appropriate for special education caseload

• Brings prior school-based experience, ideally in urban settings
• Demonstrates mastery of special education best practices and instructional skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite between 8:30AM–4PM
• Ability to complete all PA clearances seamlessly
• Comfortable engaging in virtual interviews via Zoom
