School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Lowell, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid Massachusetts RN or LPN license
• Previous school-based nursing experience required
• Comfortable commuting between campuses (maximum distance: 6 miles)
• Reliable transportation essential
• Ability to complete required fingerprinting and CORI clearance prior to start
• Flexibility and adaptability to varying school environments and age groups, serving grades K-12
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Must commit to scheduled hours with no accommodations for alternate work times

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, onsite contract role (August 17, 2026 – June 18, 2027)
• 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week)
• Serve as a floater nurse, providing coverage at multiple nearby campuses as needed
• Deliver comprehensive health services, address student emergencies, administer medications, and manage care plans in collaboration with school staff
• Promote a safe, healthy campus environment and serve as a trusted resource for students, parents, and faculty
• Participate in Zoom interviews as part of the hiring process
