Desired qualifications and experience:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, or strong interest in working with children and adolescents
• Familiarity with IEP processes, evaluations, and goal writing
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators
• Organizational skills and adaptability to varied caseloads and schedules

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating students’ needs and developing personalized therapy plans to enhance their educational participation and daily living skills
• Implementing direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEP requirements
• Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports
• Collaborating with other school professionals to ensure cohesive support for each student
• Communicating with families about progress and strategies to support growth at home and in the classroom
• Participating in meetings, professional development, and relevant school activities as needed
