Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or Educational Psychology
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist Endorsement
• Minimum 2+ years of school-based experience
• Strong commitment to student success and equity
• In-person availability, 37.5 hrs/week, across two K-8 campuses
• Demonstrated commitment to core educational values and best practices

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide support for academic and social-emotional learning needs
• Serve as a trusted consultant and leader in MTSS systems, interventions, and progress monitoring
• Participate in SPED, 504, and MTSS team meetings, ensuring compliance with guidelines and timelines
• Maintain detailed records, prepare reports, and deliver professional development to staff
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Act as a liaison and resource for expertise in child development and learning disorders
• Stay current with the latest in research and best practices
