Job Description
The salary range for this position is between $300,000 and $350,000. Please be aware that the final offer may differ within this range, taking into account the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and considerations of internal equity.
Position: Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN) PhysicianOur organization is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN physician to join a well-established practice located in Leominster, Massachusetts. This role presents a unique chance to be part of a community-focused practice.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in an office-based, independent practice environment.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with a four-day work week and 1 in 8 call rotation.
- Engage in both inpatient and outpatient obstetrics and gynecology alongside board-certified colleagues.
- Provide inpatient gynecology services at HealthAlliance Hospital, a 163-bed community hospital in Leominster.
- Conduct inpatient obstetrics at UMass Memorial Medical Center, a 780-bed tertiary care facility in Worcester, featuring a Level 3 NICU and dedicated OB anesthesia.
- Participate in teaching opportunities with OB/GYN residents, Family Medicine residents, and nurse practitioner students affiliated with our health system.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Commitment to providing comprehensive care in obstetric, gynecologic, and reproductive health.
- Ability to practice autonomously within the full scope of the specialty/subspecialty.
HealthAlliance Hospital is a fully equipped acute care facility serving North Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Leominster is conveniently located 20 miles north of Worcester and 1 hour from Boston, with minimal commuter traffic.
