Pay Range: $22.00/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking an Assoc Dia Tech to support 2nd shift packaging and filling operations in an onsite, GMP-regulated environment. The role will operate in aseptic areas, follow SOPs and production records, and support end-to-end fill and pack activities.

Shift & Interview Details:

  • Onsite. Branchburg, NJ.
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Interview: One onsite interview with facility tour. Allow 1.5 hours, typically between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM on designated days.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate in an aseptic environment while adhering to gowning and PPE requirements, including eye protection, footwear, lab coat, mask, and coveralls.
  • Assemble totes, cartons, platforms, and related packaging and filling components.
  • Assist with setup of packaging and filling lines and stage materials for production per supervisor direction.
  • Perform visual inspection of filled components and kit materials to identify visible defects per SOPs and production records.
  • Place components, including filled vials, inserts, and barcode clips, into totes and kits in accordance with documented instructions.
  • Count and reconcile intermediates, labels, inserts, and related materials at the conclusion of fill and pack operations.
  • Palletize finished product and move production materials from lines to refrigerated and general warehouse areas.
  • Follow GMP, QSR, ISO, and RMS quality regulations and ensure operations comply with all requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in an aseptic production environment and follow PPE and gowning procedures.
  • Knowledge of basic GMP principles and adherence to SOPs and documentation practices.
  • Attention to detail for counting, reconciliation, and visual inspection of components.
  • Ability to lift, move, and palletize materials safely and operate in a team environment.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in operations, production, filling, labeling, or warehouse, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior manufacturing experience.
  • Familiarity with ISO and QSR environments.
