School-Based Physical Therapist - Sunnyvale, CA

What we’re seeking:

• Experience providing physical therapy services in a school setting (K-12 population preferred)
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and meetings, preferably using Siras and/or AbleSpace
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of a range of adaptive equipment and strategies tailored for school environments
• Comfort working across multiple school sites (mileage between sites will be billable)
• Flexibility to manage a diverse caseload of approximately 20 students, adjusting interventions as needs change

Your contributions will include:

• Providing assessments, direct therapy, and consultative services to students with varied needs
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote student independence and participation
• Maintaining thorough, timely documentation within Siras or AbleSpace
• Participating in IEP meetings and supplying advocacy for students’ mobility and access
