Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license
• Experience in school-based OT, home health OT, and/or teletherapy OT preferred
• Possession of a valid Medicaid NCI number
• Successful completion of a background check
• Comfortable working with a caseload of approximately 8 students

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized OT interventions to students in alignment with educational and health goals
• Collaborate with educational staff, caregivers, and families for holistic support
• Maintain accurate records and track student progress in compliance with Medicaid and educational standards
• Provide services on-site and, as needed, via home health visits or teletherapy platforms
• Uphold best practices in school-based occupational therapy
