Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged caseloads strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Confidence to work both independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to target specific communication goals
  • Conduct engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Document student progress with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with educators, counselors, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care
  • Actively involve families in the therapy process by providing updates, resources, and education
