Trillium Construction is seeking Structural Welders near Rayville, LA.

Key Responsibilities
\n - Perform structural welding using 7018 electrodes in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
\n - Weld and fabricate mezzanines, platforms, structural beams, and miscellaneous metal components.
\n - Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
\n - Fit, align, and assemble structural steel members prior to welding.
\n - Inspect welds for quality and ensure compliance with applicable codes and company standards.
\n - Operate welding, cutting, and grinding equipment safely and efficiently.
\n - Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.

Pay: Up to $35
\n Per Diem: $150 / day for all 7 days if full schedule is worked.
\n Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week

Qualifications
\n - Proven experience as a structural welder.
\n - Proficient in SMAW (7018 stick welding) on structural steel.
\n - Experience welding mezzanines, platforms, beams, stairs, handrails, and miscellaneous metals.
\n - Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
\n - Strong attention to detail and commitment to qaulity workmanship.
\n - Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
\n -Pass pre-employment screenings

\n -Lift certifications
