\nVascular Surgeon PRN - Lafayette, Colorado

About this role:
\nThis is a PRN position to help cover gaps in in clinic and call coverage at our Vascular Surgery program in the Front Range of Colorado. Opportunities for PRN shifts will be at the Good Samaritan Hospital.
\nCompensation for shifts in Lafayette, Colorado:

Hourly rate: $287/hour for work completed + $1,000 per 24 hours

Travel and accommodations reimbursed via the Intermountain Travel and Expense policy

What you'll bring:
\n- \n
- \n
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
\n - \n
ABMS board certified in Vascular Surgery
\n - \n
Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
\n - \n
BLS certification and DEA
\n - \n
Minimum 2 years of practice experience
\n - \n
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
\n
