Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and prioritize service work orders.
Support and manage service technicians.
Prepare customer quotes, work orders, parts requests, and billing.
Maintain efficient workflow and service department operations.
Communicate service recommendations to customers and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of small engine repair experience.
2+ years of personnel management experience.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient with computers and service/inventory software.
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
