Were looking for a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Family Medicine Department in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering evidence-based medicine in a collegial environment.

The Family Medicine department is growing and consists of 41 physicians and 25 advanced practice clinicians.

\n Flexible schedules four or five-day work week
\n 100% outpatient; shared call among entire department
\n Paid malpractice and tail coverage
\n Compensation is a production model
\n New clinicians have a 2-year guarantee between $293,211 and $317,467 with upside earning potential
\n Up to $150,000 starting & retention bonus
\n Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in
