Job Opportunity: Inpatient Hospice Solace Center Registered Nurse

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Hospice Solace Center team. This role focuses on delivering compassionate and expert care to patients and their families during end-of-life stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex symptoms and provide appropriate medication administration.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
• Educate and support families throughout the care process.
• Advocate for the comfort and dignity of patients.
• Document all care activities accurately in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current nursing license and relevant certifications.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
