Locum Body/Chest Imaging Radiologist needed

Our organization is in search of a Body Imaging Radiologist to provide locum coverage for a well-established program located in Massachusetts. Below are some key details:

• Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting body-imaging studies.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to rotate through the following four schedules, with the corresponding daily volumes for each rotation (day):
    • Chest Day: Performing CT Chest only, with a volume of 25-30 cases daily.
    • Ultrasound Day: Handling 50 cases per day.
    • Body MRI Day: Completing 5 MR scans, 4 fluoroscopic procedures, and 30-35 abdominal plain films.
    • Body CT Day: Managing 25-30 CT scans daily.
  • Standard working hours are typically from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • We are open to considering a work week of 3, 4, or 5 days.
  • Utilizing Powerscribe 360 for dictation and Carestream PACS for imaging.
  • Currently transitioning to Epic EMR.
  • Preference for candidates who can commit to at least one week per month on an ongoing basis.
  • Open to both fellowship-trained and non-fellowship-trained candidates, provided they are proficient in body MRI and CT studies.
