We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to become part of our growing orthopedic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration, and surgeries related to the shoulder and knee.
  • Provide comprehensive care tailored for athletes and active adults.
  • Collaborate with a strong referral network and benefit from dedicated operating room access and robust support from Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Engage in community partnerships with local schools, colleges, and athletic organizations to foster a premier sports medicine program.

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • Fellowship training in Orthopedic Sports Medicine
  • ABOS Board Certification or Board Eligibility required
  • Ability to secure medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
  • Proficient in both arthroscopic and open sports surgery techniques (shoulder, knee, hip optional)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Open to both recent graduates and seasoned surgeons
Compensation & Benefits
  • Guaranteed salary for two years: $739,410, with production starting at 10,650 wRVUs
  • Transition to a straight production model beginning in year three
  • Potential to earn over $1 million annually
  • Recruitment incentive of $100,000
  • Relocation assistance up to $15,000
  • Generous time off: 4 weeks of PTO, 1 week for CME, and 6 paid holidays
