We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to become part of our growing orthopedic team. Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration, and surgeries related to the shoulder and knee.
- Provide comprehensive care tailored for athletes and active adults.
- Collaborate with a strong referral network and benefit from dedicated operating room access and robust support from Advanced Practice Providers.
- Engage in community partnerships with local schools, colleges, and athletic organizations to foster a premier sports medicine program.

- Level III Trauma Center
- Shared evening and weekend on-call schedule (1:8)
- Dedicated support from Advanced Practice Providers
- Strong referral network from primary care, urgent care, and local athletic programs
- Excellent access to operating rooms in a highly collaborative multispecialty setting
- MD or DO degree
- Fellowship training in Orthopedic Sports Medicine
- ABOS Board Certification or Board Eligibility required
- Ability to secure medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
- Proficient in both arthroscopic and open sports surgery techniques (shoulder, knee, hip optional)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Open to both recent graduates and seasoned surgeons
- Guaranteed salary for two years: $739,410, with production starting at 10,650 wRVUs
- Transition to a straight production model beginning in year three
- Potential to earn over $1 million annually
- Recruitment incentive of $100,000
