Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
- Provide services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition.
- Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
- Possess a nursing diploma, either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state, maintaining good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained during orientation, and it must remain current throughout employment.
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
