Talent Sourcer / Candidate Acquisition Specialist (High-Performance Role)
We’re looking for an onsite, people-driven Talent Sourcer who knows how to find top-tier talent before anyone else does.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and creative search strategies
• Build strong pipelines of candidates for current and future openings
• Qualify candidates quickly and effectively to ensure alignment with client needs
• Maintain detailed notes, track activity, and follow up consistently—nothing falls through the cracks
• Partner with recruiters and leadership to understand hiring priorities and deliver results quickly
• Continuously find new and better ways to source talent and stay ahead of the market

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent/established work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in an education service field or equivalent healthcare or recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Proficient PC skills including routine spreadsheet, database, and word processing activity.
