What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings
• Expertise in fine motor skill development and special education
• Previous experience in home health, healthcare, or teletherapy (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Dedication to student-centered, compassionate care

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct OT services to students based on IEPs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and healthcare regulations
• Support transitions and return-to-learn plans as needed
