- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
- Call Responsibilities: Shared hospital call at a ratio of 1 in 4.
- Patient Load: Manage 15 to 20 patients daily.
- Nursery Care: Involves caring for 1 to 3 infants in the nursery.
- Work Environment: Home health setting.
- Experience Requirement: Prior experience in a Level 1 nursery is essential.
- Consultation Duties: Includes emergency department consultations.
- Call Screening: Screening provided before contacting the provider.
- Compensation: We negotiate competitive pay and ensure weekly deposits.
- Housing and Travel: Complimentary arrangements for housing and travel, along with comprehensive malpractice coverage.
- Credentialing Support: We streamline the credentialing and privileging process.
- Online Access: Utilize an online portal for assignment details and time tracking.
- Dedicated Support: Your specialized recruiter will manage every aspect of your assignment.
Compensation: Hourly rates range from $125.00 to $150.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
