\n What You'll Do as a Polishing Technician\n
\n
    \n
  • Learn to grind, lap, and polish glass, ceramic, and silicon components using manual and automated equipment.
    • \n
  • Operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality precision parts while following established processes.
    • \n
  • Inspect, clean, handle, and package delicate components with care and attention to detail.
    • \n
  • Complete production paperwork and enter basic information into a computer system while following detailed work instructions.
    • \n
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while supporting your team.
    • \n

\n Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Pay: $21-$23 per hour (Depending on experience)\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n What We're Looking For\n
\n
    \n
  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or other hands-on work experience is helpful but not required.
    • \n
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to carefully handle small or delicate parts.
    • \n
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written work instructions.
    • \n
