What You'll Do
Operate and monitor plastic molding presses to produce quality parts
Perform basic machine setups, mold changes, and minor troubleshooting
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Record production information and maintain documentation
Package completed parts and prepare them for the next stage of production
Keep your work area clean while following all safety procedures
Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but willing to train dependable candidates
Strong attention to detail and quality
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
