Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully review and interpret instructions to ensure strict compliance with production procedures

• Gather and organize all necessary materials and equipment to initiate each production cycle

• Take precise measurements to ensure proper component fit and assembly

• Select, modify, and prepare parts according to specifications

• Align materials and assemble components with accuracy and quality, contributing to the creation of complex units

Qualifications:

• Entry-level role; prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is not required

• Ability to safely lift objects weighing up to 40 lbs

• Strong grasp of verbal and written instructions, with excellent attention to detail

• Dependable, motivated, and eager to succeed in a team-oriented setting

Shift Details:

• 3rd Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

• Mandatory Saturday overtime may be necessary to meet production targets

Pay Details: $17.97 to $19.97 per hour
