Primary Care Physician (FM) - Hermitage, PA (UPMC)

Our organization is currently in search of a Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine to become a part of our Horizon Family Medicine team in Hermitage, Pennsylvania.

• Full-time schedule includes 36 hours of direct patient care from Monday to Friday, along with 4 hours dedicated to administrative tasks each week.

• Support from a dedicated team of administrative professionals managing practice operations.

• Located within the Hermitage Outpatient Center.
• Join a collaborative team consisting of one physician and two APPs, caring for 14-18 patients daily.
• Be part of a large Family Medicine call group with 18 providers.
• Available resources at the practice and outpatient center include X-ray services, diabetic retinal exams, orthopedic care, rehabilitation services, and pediatrics.
• Mammography, lab services, and X-ray facilities are conveniently located within half a mile of the Outpatient Center.

• Medical Degree (MD/DO)
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Board Certified in Family Medicine (or board eligible for recent residency graduates)
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
• DEA certification
