Position Overview

As the Medical Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating medical care throughout the campus.
  • Implementing and assessing resident care policies in line with current best practices.
  • Collaborating with nursing, pharmacy, therapy, and administrative teams to deliver high-quality, integrated care.
  • Engaging in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.
  • Acting as a clinical leader and mentor, fostering excellence in geriatric care.

Requirements
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Certification in Geriatric Medicine or Hospice & Palliative Care is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Certified Medical Director (CMD) credential is preferred but not required.
  • A strong passion for providing care to older adults in a collaborative, mission-driven setting.
Recruitment Package
