Family Medicine Opportunity at Our Organization
  • Thriving practice with immediate patient volume.

  • Collaborate with a team of 7 physicians and 1 physician assistant.

  • Focus on traditional outpatient family medicine.

  • Minimal on-call responsibilities—phone consultations only (1 in 9 rotation).

Compensation and Benefits Overview

  • Attractive bonus package of $150,000!

  • Highly competitive salary with a 2-year income guarantee of $290,191/year++.

Qualifications: A graduate from an accredited medical or osteopathic school is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency as a physician through completion of a relevant residency program and must be board certified or eligible. Ability to obtain medical staff privileges at our facility is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are necessary. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a physician license in Iowa, as well as an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and a Federal DEA Certificate.
