Attorney

Our client's firm is seeking a attorney with at least 3-4 years of experience in probate/trust/inheritance litigation. Experience in business litigation is also desired but not a requirement. Great team environment with benefits and substantial upside.

They are seeking a skilled Attorney to join their legal team. Experienced with a book of business in trust/estate, probate, real estate or corporate transactions is highly desired though not required. You will also have the opportunity to grow and develop a broader practice

Qualifications:

• Solid academic record with law school degree

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated team player

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Detail oriented

• Familiarity with State and Federal Rules

Responsibilities:

• Take direction and assist in all phases of discovery and trial preparation (conduct/defend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, attend hearings, etc.)

• Effectively manage concurrent assignments and multiple deadlines

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategy

• Analyze case law and public law

Compensation:

$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience)
