About the Opportunity
We are seeking 10 Clinical Data Entry Specialists to support a major healthcare organization's Phase 3 Epic Go-Live initiative. This project is focused on integrating newly acquired clinics and ensuring accurate migration of patient information into Epic.
The ideal candidate will have strong data entry experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with Epic workflows. You will play a key role in abstracting patient records, converting schedules, and ensuring critical clinical data is accurately transferred into the new system.
Responsibilities
- Enter and validate patient information within Epic
- Abstract clinical records and transfer data into the new system
- Review, organize, and migrate patient data during system conversion
- Support patient scheduling and schedule conversion activities
- Assist with patient registration and demographic updates
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all patient information
- Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to ensure successful Epic go-live support
Required Qualifications
- Previous data entry experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Experience working with Epic or similar healthcare systems (CC1 experience also considered)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting an Epic implementation, go-live, or data conversion project
- Familiarity with Epic Cadence workflows
- Experience with patient registration, scheduling, or medical records
