Position Overview:
As a Production Worker, you will operate machinery, inspect, and package safety equipment to ensure quality standards are met. Your role is essential in helping keep workplaces safe by producing top-tier safety gear. Key Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing machinery efficiently and safely across various production lines
Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards
Package finished safety equipment with precision and care
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in a climate-controlled environment
Follow safety protocols and company policies to uphold a safe working environment
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills are helpful
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Steel toe footwear is required for safety
Shift & Compensation:
1st Shift: $18.50/hour
2nd & 3rd Shifts: $19.25/hour
Potential pay increase after 60 days
Weekly paychecks and paid breaks available

Pay Details: $18.50 to $19.25 per hour
