Speech Language Pathologist in Pearland, TX

This rewarding assignment is located near Pearland, TX, providing service to multiple locations within a large school district committed to fostering inclusive learning environments. You’ll work on-site, collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver services across a diverse caseload of 60 students. The contract runs from your start date through May 21, 2027, ensuring a stable, long-term role and the opportunity to build strong relationships with staff and students alike.

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Current state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Demonstrated experience in school settings preferred
• Ability to manage and prioritize a moderately sized caseload
• Comfortable traveling between multiple sites as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration abilities for working with educators, families, and other specialists

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services to students with varied communication needs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for compliance and progress tracking
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and staff trainings
• Consult with teachers and families to support carryover of skills in classroom and home environments
