Key Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a School Social Worker
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff
• Knowledge of social-emotional interventions and behavioral supports
• Comfortable working with elementary-aged students, particularly in grades 3-5

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to understand students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Promote positive school climate through preventive programs and group work
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with school policies and standards
