In this role, you will collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support the academic, emotional, and social development of students. You'll be instrumental in conducting assessments, crafting interventions, and consulting with school staff and parents alike.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychological and educational assessments
• Strong understanding of RTI and MTSS processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for students
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and behavior plans
• Consult with teachers, counselors, and families to recommend instructional strategies and supports
• Interpret assessment results and present findings in IEP meetings
• Promote positive behavior and social-emotional growth in the school community
• Provide crisis intervention and facilitate small group or individual counseling, as needed
