Make a positive impact helping students thrive by bringing your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a supportive school-based setting near Baltimore, MD. This rewarding contract opportunity begins August 10th, 2026, and runs through June 9th, 2027, offering a stable, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week across multiple elementary and middle schools, with a potential additional full-time split between two high schools.

You'll collaborate closely with educators and families to assess students, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and foster successful communication skills in a friendly, engaging environment.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Maryland SLP License (ASHA CCCs required; CFYs considered)
  • Experience in school settings or strong interest in school-based practice
  • Skill in working with diverse student populations and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple locations

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for students referred for speech-language services
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver engaging, goal-focused therapy to students with diverse needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
