About the Role

As a Spotter, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, trailers, and equipment throughout the manufacturing facility. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safety will help keep operations running smoothly while supporting productivity across the site.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (required OT on Saturdays)

• Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term role with Direct-Hire Potential

What You'll Do

• Safely direct vehicles, trailers, and equipment throughout the facility and yard.

• Monitor site activities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

• Assist with the movement, positioning, and coordination of trailers and equipment.

• Support daily operational workflows and help resolve logistical challenges.

• Communicate effectively with drivers, operators, and team members to maintain efficient operations.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior or less experienced spotters.

• Work independently on routine assignments while escalating critical decisions when needed.

• Demonstrate leadership, strong situational awareness, and sound judgment in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Previous experience in spotting, yard operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industrial environment preferred.

• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and OSHA-compliant practices.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to remain alert and maintain situational awareness in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally with assistance.

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, squatting, twisting, and climbing during 8-12 hour shifts (indoor and outdoor, no climate control).

• Willingness to work around loud machinery, moving equipment, temperature changes, and industrial environments.

• Commitment to wearing all required PPE, including steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and a hard hat.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or transportation environments.

• Forklift and/or yard truck certification.

• Experience mentoring or training team members.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to make informed operational decisions.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
