We are in search of a Perinatologist to become part of our non-profit community health system situated along the stunning southeastern coastline of New Jersey. About the Position:

• Team Composition: Collaborate with a dedicated group of 3 Perinatologists and 2 Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs).
• Work Schedule: Enjoy a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday.
• On-Call Duties: Participate in a rotating consultative call schedule:
  • Weeknight hours: 6 PM to 8 AM
  • Weekend on-call: 24-hour coverage from Saturday 8 AM to Monday 8 AM

Outpatient Practice Details:

• Practice Locations: Operate from two state-of-the-art facilities in Pomona and Atlantic City, with providers rotating between both sites.
• Support Staff: Benefit from a Practice Manager, RN Clinical Manager, Registered Nurses, and Perinatal Sonographers.
• Facility Highlights:
  • New Medical Arts Pavilion at the Atlantic City campus, featuring Family Planning Services, Safe Beginnings Program, and Centering for Childbirth.
  • Obstetric Medicine Clinic dedicated to postpartum care.
  • Remote monitoring services for patients with diabetes and hypertension.
• Electronic Medical Records: Utilize Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint for ultrasound documentation.

Inpatient Practice Overview:

• Hospital Facility: Work at the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth located in Pomona, NJ.
• Consultative Services: Provide consultative support to OB Generalists and Neonatologists.
• Facility Features:
  • 22-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
  • 9 Labor and Delivery beds.
  • 25 private postpartum rooms, each equipped with a private shower.
