Our organization is in search of Fellowship-trained, Board-Certified, or Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologists for full-time roles with our Cardiology Associates in Albany.

Become part of a hospital-affiliated Cardiology practice that includes over 25 physicians and advanced practitioners, catering to patients at two hospitals: St. Peter's Hospital in Albany and Samaritan Hospital in Troy, along with several outpatient facilities throughout the capital region, including Albany, Troy, Clifton Park, Saratoga, and Wilton, NY. Our practice offers a wide array of services, such as General Cardiology, Echocardiography, Vascular Ultrasound, Vascular Clinics, Nuclear Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Interventional Cardiology, including Structural Heart procedures.

To qualify, candidates must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine and either Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology. We are looking for individuals with a keen interest in Non-Invasive Cardiology and experience in managing both inpatient and outpatient cases. Outstanding clinical and communication abilities, along with a dedication to team-oriented, patient-focused care, are crucial.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

We provide a competitive base salary with additional earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.

• The base salary is set at $600,000 annually.
• In the second year, Cardiologists have the opportunity to join a Pool Model where RVU and Quality Incentive Models are shared among pool members, contingent upon meeting an annual RVU threshold.
• The stated salary represents the starting range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other forms of cash compensation relevant to the position. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in compliance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• $75,000 starting bonus.
• $25,000 retention bonus.
• $25,000 relocation assistance (for those residing outside the capital region).
• Fellowship compensation available—up to $100,000 per year for early sign-on (disbursed as a monthly stipend).
