Title: Project Manager / Manufacturing Manager

Location: Whitsett, NC 27377

Shift: 2nd shift

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead high-volume server/electronics manufacturing operations.
This role will drive operational excellence across production, quality, safety, cost, delivery, and workforce development while supporting business goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple production lines.
Manage and develop Production Supervisors, Line Leads, and manufacturing teams.
Drive performance improvements using KPIs focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.
Develop workforce plans, support hiring initiatives, and build frontline leadership capabilities.
Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
Support production planning, capacity management, new product introductions, and operational readiness.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume production environment.
3+ years of experience managing supervisors and large production teams.
Experience in electronics, technology, server, or PC manufacturing preferred.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality systems, and workforce management.
