As a Test Operator with Adecco, you will be an integral part of maintaining rigorous quality standards within a state-of-the-art manufacturing setting. Your primary responsibilities include preparing and staging units for production, accurately entering data into relevant systems, handling equipment and parts with care, and maintaining an organized, safe workspace. Your role supports the overall production pipeline and ensures smooth, efficient operations, working collaboratively alongside a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct testing and quality inspections on units and components
Prepare and stage products for manufacturing processes
Accurately input data into company systems
Handle equipment and parts with precision and care
Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Support team efforts with additional tasks as needed in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary — this is an entry-level position
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Consistently meet daily production goals
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to changing processes

Pay Details: $16.36 per hour
