Otolaryngology, ENT opportunity with Baptist Health - Paducah, KY - up to $200k in recruiting incent

Baptist Health Medical Group is currently seeking BE/BC ENT physician to join our growing team in the Paducah, KY.

• Join a well-established, growing ENT practice with a strong regional reputation - 4 physicians, 4 APRN's, RN, LPN, and support staff
\n
• Large, established referral network with referrals from multiple Baptist Health primary care practices, as well as surrounding independent primary care providers throughout Western Kentucky, Southern Illinois, and Northwest Tennessee.
\n
• Three full-time Audiologists providing comprehensive hearing and balance services.
\n
• Dedicated Allergy Department located within the clinic.
\n
• In-office ultrasound capabilities for patient convenience and same-day evaluation.
\n
• Ability to perform a variety of in-office ENT procedures in addition to dedicated weekly operating room block time.
\n
• Collaboration with a large network of Baptist Health physicians and specialists creating a strong multidisciplinary care model.
\n
• Advanced procedural opportunities including participation in Inspire therapy for sleep apnea, Cochlear Implants, and BAHA (Bone Anchored Hearing Aid) Implants.
\n
• Access to modern ENT technology, endoscopy equipment, audiology services, imaging resources, and surgical support.
\n
• Opportunity to build a broad practice including general otolaryngology, sinus disease, sleep medicine, head and neck care, and hearing restoration procedures.

• Office hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm; Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm
\n
• Call schedule: 6-7 days per month (1:5)
