Gastroenterology, Gastroenterology Opportunity with Large Southeastern Group Practice

Hattiesburg Clinic is seeking an additional BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join its Gastroenterology Department, with a provider staff of 7 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers. Colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, motility and capsule endoscopy as well as pH studies are performed in the on-site Ambulatory Surgery Center. The group also includes two GI hospitalists who cover the hospital on a 7 on/7 off rotation, providing inpatient services.

Hattiesburg Clinic is one of the largest physician-owned and directed multi-specialty group practices in the Southeast, with 300 physicians and over 150 advanced practitioners, serving a population of 600,000. Our Gastroenterologists practice at Hattiesburg Clinic and its outpatient Endoscopy facility, as well as Forrest General Hospital, a 547-bed Level 2 regional medical center. The Clinic utilizes EPIC and has ownership of ancillary diagnostics including in-house laboratory, on-site imaging (CT, PET CT, and MRI), and an ambulatory surgery center. The Clinics 22 primary care clinics in Hattiesburg and the surrounding counties provide an established patient/referral base for our specialty physicians.
