Responsibilities:

• Provide regulatory, transactional, and closely related litigation services for:

  • Potable water systems

  • Wastewater systems

  • Reclaimed water systems

  • Stormwater systems

  • Pipelines

  • Other large-scale infrastructure

  • Gas projects

  • Solar and other energy projects

  • Major economic development projects

• Engage and advance client interests in governmental decision-making venues, including:

  • Executive branch officials

  • State and federal environmental and natural resource agencies

  • Administrative boards

  • State legislatures

  • State Environmental & Natural Resources Attorney

  • Federal Department of Justice

  • State and federal trial and appellate courts
