    \n REQUIREMENT: Minimum of 2 years of rheumatology-specific experience\n

    \n Outpatient-only Rheumatology practice\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Collaborative care model working closely with rheumatology physicians\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Rheumatology experience preferred (new graduates with strong interest considered)\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Average volume: 1215 patients/day\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Cerner EMR, AI-assisted charting\n
    • \n
\n
\n Compensation & Benefits (40 hours/week)\n
\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Base Salary: $120,000 $130,000 (based on experience)\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Includes 200 hours vacation/CME time\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n wRVU Productivity Bonus (no cap): Estimated $10,000 $20,000+ annually\n

  • \n
    \n CME / Board Certification Allowance: $3,500 per year\n
