Job Description
Penn State Health Post-Acute Care is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician to join our growing team providing exceptional care to patients in rehabilitation and long-term care settings. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who values clinical autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and a highly collaborative care environment.
\nIn this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care at one, and no more than two, high-quality long-term care communities in suburban Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. You will work alongside a dedicated Penn State Health Advanced Practice Clinician at each site, delivering patient-centered care that improves outcomes and enhances quality of life for older adults and post-acute patients.

Schedule & Call

Monday through Friday schedule

No long shifts

Flexible daily rounding

No in-house major holiday coverage, rotation of holiday call by phone

Shared telephone call coverage across the Post-Acute Care team

Requirements:

Must possess a MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
\n - \n
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
\n - \n
BE/BC Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
\n - \n
Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license
\n
