Bonus Potential: Up to $20,000 for Registered Nurses with two or more consecutive years of RN experience. New Graduate Registered Nurses may receive up to $10,000. Eligibility criteria and payout details will be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department (ED)
- Conduct rapid assessments, triage, and prioritize care
- Address acute changes, trauma, and life-threatening situations
- Analyze lab results, diagnostics, and patient symptoms
- Communicate patient conditions with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions
- Educate patients and families regarding care and discharge instructions
- Ensure adherence to EMTALA, HIPAA, and patient safety regulations
- Report any suspected abuse or neglect in accordance with regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Education, Experience, and Training:
- Valid and current state RN License
- Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain throughout employment
- Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintain
- Current PALS certification and/or ENPC within 30 days of hire and maintain
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification within 30 days of hire
- At least one year of experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital; emergency room experience preferred
- Certification as an Emergency Nurse (CEN) is preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
- For Paramedic Base Station ED: MICN certification within 12 months of hire and maintain
- For EDAP certified facilities: Completion of emergency pediatric courses 1 and 2 within 6 months of hire
- For non-OB facilities: NRP certification within 90 days of hire and maintain
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) within 12 months of hire is required
