• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with banking inquiries and financial needs.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through personalized financial solutions.
• Recommend and fulfill banking products, including:
• • Checking & Savings Accounts
  • Credit Cards
  • Certificates of Deposit (CDs)
  • Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)
  • Consumer Loans
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized banking partners.
• Quote rates, terms, and available banking programs.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and manage risk in every customer interaction.
• Meet customer service and sales performance goals.
