Practice Coordinator – Engineering Consulting

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion)

Pay Rate: 25/hr


Overview

Insight Global's Evergreen Managed Services division is seeking a highly organized and proactive Practice Coordinator to support a growing Engineering Consulting practice. This individual will partner closely with Project Managers and leadership teams to ensure operational excellence, drive process efficiency, and support the overall success of consultants and client projects.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing project coordination, operations, communications, and culture-building initiatives in a fast-paced environment.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take ownership of initiatives
  • Strong project coordination or project management experience
  • Comfortable creating documentation, presentations, and written communications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams


Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations for the Engineering Consulting practice
  • Manage consultant onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Track consultant timekeeping, equipment, and other operational needs
  • Coordinate equipment collection, asset tracking, and technology requests
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and project documentation
  • Develop newsletters, communications, and internal marketing materials
  • Take meeting notes and distribute action items for leadership meetings
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal support teams
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and practice performance metrics
  • Support office operations and administrative functions
  • Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person team events
  • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives across the practice
