Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience working in school settings is highly preferred

• Responsible, reliable, and comfortable following directions and school guidelines
• Must provide three completed references prior to interviewing, including the most recent manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with academic and behavioral needs, both individually and in small group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to implement individualized and classroom plans
• Monitor student progress and encourage positive behavior throughout the school day
• Help set up and maintain classroom materials and a safe, orderly environment
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies at all times

This contract runs from September 1, 2026, through June 16, 2027, and follows a consistent weekday schedule with either middle or high school hours for 32.5 hours per week.
