OB/GYN Partnership Opportunity in Silverdale, WA

We are excited to announce an opening for a board eligible or board certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join our healthcare partnership at the Women's & Children's Clinic, located just west of Seattle in the picturesque Silverdale, Washington.

The OB/GYN department is eager to welcome a seventh member to their dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This role offers a balanced practice with a 50%-50% distribution between obstetrics and gynecology. Enjoy a standard Monday through Friday work schedule, with a call rotation of 1:7, supplemented by county call at a ratio of 1:10. You can expect to see an average of 18-25 patients daily, all while working from a single clinical site and hospital that includes a level 2 NICU, conveniently housed in the same building!

We are a physician-owned and governed outpatient multi-specialty group, established in 1945, and proudly the largest of its kind located west of Seattle on the Kitsap Peninsula. Our collaboration with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health enables us to offer a wide array of specialties and services to the community.

With seven patient care clinics, our organization comprises approximately 80 physicians and advanced practice clinicians, supported by a staff of around 350, serving a population of 274,000 residents. Our providers cover a diverse range of specialties, including primary care, surgery, and various sub-specialties.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Guaranteed Salary: A two-year guaranteed salary with potential for productivity bonuses.

The salary range for this position is between $345,000 and $365,000 annually, with additional bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate; actual compensation may vary based on the candidate's education, training, experience, and certifications, as well as internal equity and local market data at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific circumstances of each applicant.

Eligibility for total compensation and benefits is contingent upon full-time employment in the assigned role, in accordance with the current PSA agreement.
