Job Responsibilities- Participate in call shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM (24-hour shifts) with a call ratio of 1:3.
- Manage 10 to 15 patients during each 24-hour call period.
- Work within a cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgery hospital environment.
- Ensure a minimum of two Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) are present on weekdays.
- Contribute to a practice that performs over 100 heart surgeries annually.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings is required.
- This is an ongoing assignment.
